Travertine stone flooring in a Versailles pattern covers the first floor main areas, including the breakfast nook which is staged below an ornately carved and gilded wood chandelier.

An open kitchen layout is grounded with an oversized brick range hood. The custom wood and iron pot rack was created to incorporate lighting above the island.

Wine is kept in a conditioned room near the kitchen behind a brick wall and arched iron and glass door.
